Tarot cards have grown in popularity among crypto investors in Thailand

Thai crypto-investors have started to turn to Tarot cards more often for predictions

Many investors who do not believe in astrology still take such predictions into account in their trading. Such market participants are becoming so numerous that it can affect asset prices

In Thailand, more and more crypto-investors are turning to astrology, Tarot cards, and divine powers in the hope of predicting market movements, writes Cointelegraph.

Market participants who earn on speculation often use non-market tools to analyze and predict price movements, Cointelegraph notes. Astrologers are becoming popular in Thailand - they are gaining hundreds of thousands of followers on Facebook and YouTube. In Thailand, 80% of people believe in a higher power.

However, in Western countries, there are also examples of popular influencers who use astrology and Tarot cards to predict prices on financial markets. One example is TikTok blogger Maren Altman, who gained millions of subscribers during the bull market in 2021. According to her own statements, she has mastered "financial astrology" and has successfully applied it to the cryptocurrency market.

Many investors in different countries who don't believe in astrology still factor such predictions into their trading, which can affect asset prices, Cointelegraph notes.
